Proper completion and execution of the I-9 form is of extreme importance.  Although I-9 verification is not technically a Notarial service, it is subject to the same ethical scrutiny. Many employers hire Notaries Public to complete I-9's on their behalf when the employer isn‘t present to execute the form.

•  Your employee travels and is in the St Louis area during the window of time you have to complete form.
•  All Employers must complete an I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form for every new hired employee within 3 business days of starting employment.
